Kristin Boyd is the owner of HOA Matters. She has experience as a manager in a fortune 500 company, as a real estate agent, and excels at marketing and customer service.
Kristin lives in Erie with her son and dog and cat. She owns multiple businesses and enjoys being an entrepreneur. Kristin also enjoys reading, knitting and crochet, and spending time with her alpacas. She has dreams of living on a ranch with horses in the near future.
Tim Turner is the Director of Operations and Community Manager who brings 20 years of experience in Property, Community, Facilities Management and Customer Service. He is a versatile and innovative leader, skilled at seeing the “big picture” while also focusing on the details. He is a passionate teammate who is not afraid to get his hands dirty.
In his free time, Tim loves to travel, BBQ, and golf. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves spending time with his family, 3 dogs (yes 3), watching his University of Colorado Golden Buffaloes, Broncos, Nuggets, Rockies and Avalanche.
Tina McConnell is the Office Manager. She brings over 20 years experience in office management. She is detail oriented and is always willing to help. Tina’s bright and cheery attitude greets our customers, and she provides valuable leadership and support to the office and everyone in it.
In her free time, Tina likes to do crafts, hike (especially beach hike when she visits California), and spend time with her family.
